TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SEDANKI VIRTUAL STORE

1. MERCHANT IDENTIFICATION

The SEDANKI virtual store conducts commercial activities as an individual merchant under the trade name SEDANKI, tax-identified with NIT 39818935-5.

SEDANKI commercializes products, mainly travel accessories and other items offered through its virtual store.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Accessing, browsing, and purchasing products through the virtual store implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, once the consumer has been able to consult and accept them through the enabled mechanisms.

SEDANKI will keep evidence of electronic operations and the acceptance of the general conditions when legally required.

3. VIRTUAL STORE

SEDANKI's virtual store operates using the Shopify technology platform.

Shopify provides infrastructure and technological tools for the store's operation. Consumer relationships arising from the purchase of products offered by SEDANKI are established between SEDANKI and the consumer, without prejudice to the contractual relationships existing between SEDANKI and its technology providers.

4. PRODUCTS

SEDANKI offers products in different categories, including travel accessories and other items available in the store.

The information published regarding each product will endeavor to include, as applicable:

  • Name
  • Features
  • Material
  • Dimensions
  • Weight
  • Quantity
  • Functionality
  • How to use
  • Price
  • Availability
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Other relevant features

SEDANKI will endeavor to ensure that photographs and descriptions allow the consumer to obtain a reasonably accurate representation of the product.

5. AVAILABILITY

Product availability will be informed in the store and/or consulted by the buyer in advance.

When a product is not available, SEDANKI will try to prevent it from being purchased.

If, exceptionally, a purchase is made for an unavailable product, SEDANKI will inform the consumer and apply the alternatives and rights established by law.

6. PRICES

All published prices will be expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP), unless another currency is expressly indicated.

Before finalizing the purchase, the total value of the operation will be informed, including, when applicable:

  • Product price.
  • Taxes.
  • Shipping costs.
  • Other applicable concepts.

No additional charges not previously informed to the consumer will be made.

7. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Offers and promotions will have the validity, conditions, restrictions, and availability indicated in the respective publication.

When a promotion has limited units, SEDANKI will inform this condition when applicable.

Promotions cannot be used to disregard legal consumer rights.

8. PURCHASE PROCESS

To make a purchase, the consumer must:

  1. Select the product
  2. Review its features
  3. Add it to the cart
  4. Enter the required data
  5. Review the total value
  6. Select the payment method
  7. Consult the Terms and Conditions
  8. Accept the Terms when applicable
  9. Confirm the purchase
  10. Receive operation confirmation

9. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the purchase is made, SEDANKI may send the consumer a confirmation via email, text message, WhatsApp, or another enabled means. The confirmation may contain:

  • Order number
  • Purchased products
  • Value
  • Delivery address
  • Payment method
  • Delivery information
  • SEDANKI contact details

10. PAYMENT METHODS

Available payment methods will be informed during the purchase process.

Payments may be processed through specialized third parties, including financial entities and payment gateways.

Each payment service provider may have its own security and information handling policies.

11. TRANSACTION SECURITY

SEDANKI will adopt reasonable measures to protect information related to transactions made through the store.

When payment processing corresponds to a gateway or financial entity, it will apply its own security mechanisms.

SEDANKI will not request banking passwords or security codes from the consumer via messages, calls, or channels other than authorized mechanisms.

12. DROPSHIPPING MODEL

SEDANKI uses a commercialization model through which certain products may be supplied, prepared, stored, and/or dispatched by third parties.

For order management, SEDANKI may use dropshipping providers and platforms, including Droppi, when applicable.

Consequently, the purchased product may be dispatched directly from a supplier to the consumer.

The intervention of a third party in the logistics operation does not modify the consumer relationship existing between SEDANKI and the consumer nor does it limit the rights recognized by Colombian law.

13. DELIVERY

SEDANKI will inform the consumer of the estimated delivery time before finalizing the purchase.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.

The consumer must provide correct and sufficient information to allow delivery.

SEDANKI may use logistics operators and carriers contracted directly or through dropshipping providers.

14. MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME

When a specific period has been agreed upon, SEDANKI will endeavor to meet it.

When no different period has been established, the terms established by Colombian law will apply.

When delivery exceeds the agreed term or, when applicable, thirty (30) calendar days, the consumer may exercise the rights provided by Law 1480 of 2011 and its modifications.

15. LOGISTICAL DELAYS

Delays caused by logistical circumstances will be managed by SEDANKI with the corresponding supplier or carrier.

SEDANKI will not use the intervention of Droppi, Shopify, or another third party as a mechanism to exclude obligations legally corresponding to it before the consumer.

16. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer will have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases provided by Colombian law.

The maximum period to exercise it will be five (5) business days counted from the delivery of the product.

The consumer must return the product in accordance with applicable legal conditions.

Return costs for withdrawal will be borne by the consumer, unless another distribution is legally applicable.

17. REFUND FOR WITHDRAWAL

When withdrawal is appropriate and the consumer has complied with the corresponding legal obligations, SEDANKI will issue the refund within the maximum legal period applicable.

For operations included in the applicable regime, this period will be up to fifteen (15) calendar days.

18. WARRANTY

Products will be subject to legal warranty when applicable.

SEDANKI will address claims related to the quality, suitability, safety, and operation of the products in accordance with Colombian law.

19. PAYMENT REVERSAL

When applicable, the consumer may request payment reversal in the events established by Colombian law. This includes, among others:

  • Fraud.
  • Unsolicited operation.
  • Product not received.
  • Product different from the one requested.
  • Defective product.

The consumer must meet the legally established requirements and terms to request the reversal.

20. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges, returns, warranties, withdrawals, and refunds will be governed by the:

21. PETITIONS, COMPLAINTS, AND CLAIMS

The consumer may submit petitions, complaints, and claims via:

SEDANKI will respond within the applicable legal term.

In particular, direct claims will be handled within the term provided in the Consumer Statute.

22. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the:

The consumer can consult there the purposes, rights, procedures, and channels related to the processing of their data.

23. SUPPLIERS AND THIRD PARTIES

SEDANKI may contract third parties for:

  • Payment processing
  • Technological management
  • Order management
  • Storage
  • Dropshipping
  • Dispatch
  • Transportation
  • Delivery
  • Customer service
  • Marketing
  • Analytics

Contracting third parties does not imply a waiver by SEDANKI of its legal obligations to the consumer.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The texts, photographs, designs, logos, brands, graphics, videos, content, and other elements used in the store belong to SEDANKI or are legitimately used.

Their unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.

25. PROPER USE OF THE STORE

The user agrees to use the store lawfully and in good faith. They may not:

  • Impersonate third parties
  • Use fraudulent payment methods
  • Attempt to breach the store's security
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Use third-party information without authorization
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

26. FRAUD PREVENTION

SEDANKI may conduct reasonable verifications aimed at preventing fraudulent operations.

When there are relevant inconsistencies regarding an operation, SEDANKI may contact the buyer to verify the information.

These measures cannot be used to unjustifiably disregard a legitimately made purchase.

27. MINORS

Minors may only use the store with the authorization of their parents, legal representatives, or when the law validly permits the operation.

SEDANKI may adopt reasonable measures to verify age when necessary.

28. RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CONSUMER

SEDANKI will be responsible to the consumer in accordance with the obligations established in Colombian law.

The use of Shopify, Droppi, carriers, payment gateways, or other third parties does not constitute a general exclusion of liability to the consumer.

SEDANKI may subsequently take the corresponding contractual actions against third parties responsible for breaches.

29. FORCE MAJEURE AND ACT OF GOD

When unforeseen or irresistible circumstances temporarily affect the operation, SEDANKI will adopt reasonable measures to inform the consumer and mitigate their effects.

This provision cannot be interpreted as a waiver of imperative consumer rights.

30. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

SEDANKI may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary due to legal, regulatory, technological, commercial, or operational changes.

Modifications will be published in the store.

Purchases made before a modification will be governed by the conditions in force at the time of the operation, without prejudice to applicable imperative rules.

31. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Consumer relations will be subject, among other applicable norms, to Law 1480 of 2011 and its modifications.

32. CONSUMER PROTECTION AUTHORITY

SEDANKI will have a visible link on its virtual store to the Colombian consumer protection authority, in accordance with the requirements applicable to electronic commerce.

33. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

The consumer may accept these Terms and Conditions through electronic mechanisms enabled in the store.

SEDANKI will retain evidence of acceptance and the electronic operation when legally required.

34. EFFECTIVE DATE

These Terms and Conditions are effective from September 1, 2026.
